All protein sources
Egg white shakes
Includes
Some liquid protein shakes or milk
Cool whip Hershey syrup

lots of dannon Greek light and for with. Cool whip

carb sources
1 or 2 cups of cereal low fat or 0% pre and post workout only

Fiber carbs sources Thomas multi grain muffins or oats both contains peanut butter cool whip

Not really able to get down meats rice potatoes anything really besides the foods above
