    diet any recommendation?

    Hello, I share my diet with you, any recommendations?


    1st meal
    3 whole eggs 2 whites
    50 grs oatmeal
    15 gr peanut butter
    2 fruits

    2nd meal
    300 gr chicken breats
    150gr noodles
    a good amount of vegetables
    1 fruit

    3rd meal preworkout
    2scoop of mass gainner; protein and carbs

    4rd meal post workout
    3 whole eggs
    100gr rice

    5th meal
    300gr chicken breats
    150gr rice
    a good amount of vegetables
    2 fruits

    drink 3 lt of water
    i dont count calories

    I don't count calories, I just try to get all my macros in every meal.

    What are you trying to do? Bulk, cut or maintain?

    Is the scale moving up? If its not, add food. Honestly it dont look like a lot.
    What is your current macro split? Total macros?

    Agree with Cuz. That doesn’t look like much food for a bulk, but it sounds like you aren't tracking calories very well, so you likely don't know what your maintenance numbers are.

    No need to skip the egg yolks for a bulk, BTW, they get a bad wrap and bring needed calories.
