One PWO otherwise whole food all the way. Its better, period!

If someone must use powder then its good to sneak 15-20g of whey in between whole food meals spaced out more than every two hours.

I drink five throughout the day, every 2 - 2 1/2 hours as well as one in the middle of the night when i wake up, whenever that may be.
