Coffee
Would coffee be ok during a bulking diet. Black or with a little bit of sweet n' low? What about a cutting diet?

Coffee is fine either way, it's an excellant mild stimulant, enhances metabolism, provides energy, and is virtually calorie free

i wouldn't use high levels of caffeine (hydroxycut etc) during bulking, but a couple cups of coffee a day shouldn't kill you. Just understand that it'll decrase your appetite and make you burn more calories...you have to make up for it, by continuing to eat regularly (and possibly just a bit more)

coffee, black. the only way to go. if I had to give it up, I don't think I could do a cycle.

If you find coffee is killing your appetite, drink it after your meals. Works for me.
