how much is a meal?
When people say eat 6-8 meals a day.. how much is a meal??? like just enough or full?
When i eat a meal, i usually cook 8 mix pices of mixed chicken(drumstick, wing, thigh) + with rice or sandwich. it takes me about 15-30 mins to eat and i really have to ush it in my mouth and swollow.
I eat the meal i just said above like 4 times a day and 5th meal whatever my mum cooks.
Its so hard to eat 8 meals a day.
I dont even know how long i can keep up eating 4-5 meals a day

If you need to consume 3500 cal a day to maintain your body weight, Then split that up as evenly as possible for your five to six meals.
Eg 50g protein
90g carbs
15g fat
=680cal x 5 meals =3400 cal/day
This is just an example? you need to figure out what your maintenance cal are? that's when you eat constantly but neither gain or loose weight , then add up your meals throughout the day
and that's how many cal you need to maintain your weight.
If you want to increase your weight , you increase your cal, if you want to loose weight then you decrease your cal.
Protein 1g = 4 cal
Carbs 1g = 4 cal
fat 1g = 8 cal

meal replacements!
If eating that much is to hard reach for a slimfast or myoplex. What do you want, mass, lean muscle, gainweight, lose bodyfat while increasing muscle?I know it sucks doesnt it?Just break it down keep it simple, lose body fat and gain muscle=increase calorie intake but make it quality, low fat, medium carbs, high protien, lots of water.mass=start eating, carbs, protien, and fats(dont go crazy). You get the picture!hope it helps!

Billy nailed it on the head vinh
Except for the 3500 calories a day part. Take anouther look at your diet plan. It is all there meal by meal.

If you are still hungry after your meal you have not eaten enough if you feel bloated its too much - the only advice I could offer is to listen to your body it will tell you when enough is enough
