    No its fine. Its only too much if you are exceed the amout of cals you are shooting for.

    cottage cheese is great anytime, it is just especially nice before bed... eat it up!!

    Not to Hi-jack the thread, but I was at the grocery store last night, and all the cottage cheese types (fat free, 1%, 2%) all had like 5g sugar per serving. Is this the same kind you guys are eating before bed? I wanna make sure that it fits into my cutting diet, but wasn't sure about the sugar in it.

    I buy the 1%...mine has 3 grms of sugar for 1/2, I eat 1 cup servings for 32grms of protein

    I buy 4%..has 3g sugar and 12g of protein per 1/2 cup

    I love my cottage cheese i mix it with chocolate protein powder.. and almonds :S Its like a Healthy dessert haha just delicious
