Ham, turkey, and chicken sandwiches
I like to eat ham, turkey, and chicken sandwiches. I buy them in the lunch meat packages and stack up a ton of it on two pieces of wheat bread with a piece of fat free cheese. I try to buy the leanest meat possible as well. What do you guys think of this?

I use to love those. My current cutting diet doesn't allow for sandwiches all that often.

What do we think of it for what?
I mean, I'll think of it many different ways dependent on the condition for which it was asked.

trouble?
I'm not here to start trouble, I just had a few questions. As for goals, I really just want to add as much lean muscle as possible. I would like to cut some fat but I play sports so I feel like I am limiited as to what I can do because I need to maintain weight.

And the reason I asked
That "dumb" question I guess, is because I'm a poor college student and I never really have anything to eat in my kitchen. So I eat sandwiches, like, all day, and wanted to know if this was good for me or not. I never really thought all my posts were that stupid. But honestly, if you want me to stop posting on this site I will just read what others say. But don't ban me for being interested...

Sandwiches w/lean meats aren't too bad..just make sure the "wheat" bread you're using is really whole wheat bread (the word "whole" should be on the package somewhere, the first ingredient should be whole wheat flour and there should be at least 2g fiber per slice). A lot of times "wheat" just means refined flour that hasn't been bleached. A lot of people avoid deli meats because they are high in sodium, and personally I try not to eat a lot of them because they have a lot of other preservatives that can be carcinogenic. You can get preservative-free, low-sodium meats, but those are expensive and hard to find, and I understand the whole broke college kid thing.
