12 pound in 8 days best to come.???????
Hey gys I'm up 12 pound in 8 days of my dboll cycle and basicly just quick questions will i keep gaining like this or is the best to come as iv read most people see there best gains after 2 weeks if so then I carnt wait. Till then cuz I feel like a fukin monster

This is GREAT example of the point I was making to Phased and Sworder the other night. I am not saying Dbol doesnt have it's place and doesn't work. It's a simple case of ppl expecting more than they should from it. I would venture to guess op that you will not be able to harvest a single pound of these gains a month or so after your cycle. No way, no how did you grow 12 lbs of muscle in 8 days!

No I'm runing test 350 twice a week with it and my diets pritty good around 6000 cals daily even tho my strengh fru the roof up 20 kg each set and lovin the size even if I keep 10 percent that's prity good eh

Yh I knw its not pure muscle and a lot water wait maby I put the question wrong but basicly I was asking weathe the pounds I have put on was normal or was there a lot more to come as I'm runing a ai and trying to keep water waight dow and wouldn't this b good for when the test kicks in

You can expect to lose ANY size gained from Dbol as quick as you gained it as Marcus pointed out. Your diet is very high in cals so AI or no AI you are gaining water and fat! Will you possibly be able to use the strenght from the dbol to your advantage while on test? yes...
The gains ARE normal on dbol and again..so are the losses. Sad but true!

IT IS PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO PUT THAT MUCH MUSCLE ON IN THAT TIME SPAN.

What dose are u running your dbol .... If I were u I'd opt to run a low dose but for a longer duration..... It is much better run like that.... And you will get the advantage of it the whole cycle without a quick rush of water at the start of your cycle

Baseline...question, so are you saying that if someone was running a Test E cycle and wanted to throw in Dbol you would recommend say 20 mg or so over the entire 12-14 weeks???

Yeah thats a lot of food.But until you really sit down and measure and count cals.A new guy doesnt have a clue.So he really thinks he is eating a lot.

Ok so I know ur not gnna like this but its not all cleen food around 3575 cals are weight gain shake this is just bcuzz I work 11 hour shifts and only get 4 short breaks so cart find the time the fit the ideal-8 meals aday I wish I could I normaly have oats almonds or mixed nuts and a glass whole milk and banana for breakfast. Second meals normaly 2 chicken sandwiches on brown bread with mayo and a pot of pasta third normaly hlf cooked chicken potato salad. Forth normaly two tuna mayo sandwiches or chicken. And pot pasta. Or fruit sald home is steak boild. Potato and salad and 5 beanz. Just before bed I eat cloted cheese oh I carry a bag of mixed nuts round with me at work and eat them fru the day I know its not the best but just wot I can fit in how many cals u guys think I eating then
