Trying to verify a Geneza ISN

I am trying to verify the ISN on a geneza bottle that I got but when I put it in on the website it says "setting private or protected class members is not allowed"..............what gives?

I had same problem, are you using Google chrome as your browser? I found that if I switched and used IE I had no problem verifying ISN# and supplier info. give it a try with a different browser if you aren't using IE use it. I think it should help.

I tried verifying a supplier and didnt work either, i am using Safari..
