I've never heard of them. Did you find them on a source board? If so, I might suggest checking with whatever board you found them on and seeing what they can do to help. In the meantime, I've helped by adding punctuation to your post to help clarify your question (see above).

They have scammed many people and should be pretty well known by now. If you would have spent a little time researching them it should have been readily apparent.
