Does anyone have a lot of experience with frag?
My thoughts are that I free’s up the fat in the blood. Which is why fasted cardio is best with frag.

I just saw information that it is similar to clen that you should not use it more than 5 weeks and you need to be upping the qty.
they recommended that you take it up to three times a day. My understanding is that you need to be a time without fat.

Can someone set me straight?
