how long
got the chance to get some, but not sure about
there said that is saver then less strong like test or deca

Are you taking about GH? (HGH).. It is not an AAS it is something completely different and from what I have read in your posts you really need to do much more research before you do ANYTHING.
GH is not used to build muscles, AAS is (well that and a good diet and workout). If someone is giving you something you better find out 100% what it is, what brand it is, is it legit and then learn about it before you stick it in your skin.
You need to keep yourself out of trouble because right now by your posts you have no idea what you are doing.

I want to build 15 or 20 pound more I’m now on 190 pound and I’m about 5`10

I am guessing English is not your first language, not a flame just an observation so I will try to answer your question the best that I can from what I understand you asking.
First GH is not a muscle builder in normal cases and unless you are a pro body builder you want to stick with doses of 2-4 IU's a day. This will, after 3-6 months of continuous use, stronger tendons/ligaments, better sleep, maybe even some other anti-aging benefits... it will not make you bigger at all. You may get some fat loss from the use depending on your diet and exercise program. Now personally from what I have read in your post here and in other threads you are not understanding what GH is and it is great that you are asking before you do anything.
No you have had three cycles before and lost muscle you gained right? Can you say what PCT you did... Also can you describe your cycles amounts, length and such. If you have done three cycles and know little about AAS I am a bit worried you are taking advice from buddies that know nothing either and you are not being safe and you will end up worse off than you are now as far as your health.
GH in my opinion is a great "supplement" to a good diet and exercise program for those over 30 years old but it is again not a muscle builder and will not make your wrists and ankles larger.. maybe stronger?? not sure on that one.
GH has more benefit when used with AAS if you are trying to gain lean muscle mass but I would like to hear your diet before saying if In My Opinion it is a good idea because at your height and weight you might be able to bulk up using a good diet..
