PCT for HRT programs - Without Nolva

I have talked with a couple of different doctors at a few HRT/TRT companies and they recommend doing cycles of ~200 mg of TEST (either Cyp, E, or Prop) and running 0.5 mg Arimidex EOD during the cycle.

For PCT they only recommend doing HCG and Clomid. I asked them about using Nolvadex for PCT and they say that it is not necessary with their programs.

They told me that Nolva should only be used during the cycle and/or PCT if symptoms of gyno arise, otherwise it is a waste of money and will hinder my gains. This does not seem right to me.

Has anyone else heard this? Do you know the logic behind this?
