Endo says no to checking prostate...

I had an appt. with my endo to switch from gel to shots, but decided not to ask her since I received a script already for shots from another endo. While I had the appointment I decided to ask her to check my prostate as my urologist felt something that he felt needed a ultrasound/biopsy. Well, I just wanted to get a 2nd opinion b4 letting somebody scrape a sample of my innards and microscope it....When I asked her to check it, she said why?....I already checked it. I said....just to be on the safe side after being on the hormones for 3 months...She acted like I was crazy and asked how old I was....She says, "It's not like your 70 or somethin"...WTF?
I was like well, what the heLLicopter am i doin here...she pretty much had the same ? for me
She said if your so worried about your prostate, lets get a uro on board...I asked her did you check it good b4 you RX me the androgel , she says ...the best that i know how...WTF again?
Maybe she thought I was getting off on her fat a$$ sticking her talons up my ar$e....like freekin Fonzy with the feet fetish

Any Dr that behaves oddly when it comes to treatment isn't one of mine for long!! THey work for YOU, remember that. Remind them too. Ask her if the next time she takes her car into the shop, she'd like the mechanic to just go by his gut feeling rather than check her brakes and such? I think she'll get the point.
