Hcg for weight loss?
Check it out. If you google hcg and weight loss tons of clinics and weight loss boards pop up. Now I didn't spend alot of time looking at this but from what I see obese people are taking low doses of 125iu per week along with diet and workouts. I guess it helps keep the body from wanting to catabalize lean muscle.
Just wondering if helps maintain lean muscle during a cutting cycle for non obese people?
Anyone know about this?

Spyke,
This is what I was talking about in another post when someone mentioned hcg for spot reduction. This method is not as easy as you may think. It is not just taking hcg injections and losing weight. You must also follow a very strict diet to make it work. The diet consists of a 500-600 calorie a day diet that let me tell you when I mean strict it is probably nothing like you have seen for a diet before. Some restrictions are not even touching meat that has high contents of fat in it and using any lotions that have animal fat in the ingredients because it can be absorbed through the skin. The basic concept of the program is taking the hcg will keep your body from going into starvation mode. If you would like more information on it please PM me and I can help.

my wife was saying the fat girls at work were shooting hcg into their bellies and losing weight just from the shot...no diet no exercise....they really ate that shiat up....who knows....maybe they took a shot and it made 'em sick so they missed a few "feedings".

Yeah my whole point in this was not that taking hcg would cause fat loss all by itself like magic.
Every bodybuilder who starts cutting is worried about loosing muscle as well as fat. I just wanted to know if it helps prevent the body from catabolizing itself when eating say, 400 cals per day below maintenance?

Yes it does help keep your body from catobolizing itself. It uses stored fat for energy.

Does this work for dues, too? I thought you shouldn't take HCG without an aromatase inhibitor because you get a big shot of estrogen with it, too.
