It depends on the lab doing the test but in your case the lab is saying 241 is the low limit and 827 the high limit. Looks like you're right in the ball park or close to the mid point.

That's about mid point from my lab as well and that seems to be a good place to be at just about any age, especially naturally. I agree with trying the natural approach. No reason not to go that route now. It works very well for a lot of guys. I'm no expert so I won't advise on what to try. I'm sure someone else can give you the direction you need or a link to some good advice

Where'd you get that? Those numbers seem very low. I've had my total test checked numerous times throughout my life, and until it crashed last August (reasons yet to be explained) it was always in the 1600-1800 range, 100% natural. That ranges from about 24-34yo.

I think the most recent was LabCorp (3-4y ago), as was the recent bad result (about 220). Those when I lived out East I have no idea,, though I do recall that they printed the stuff out on a little graph and my T showed way above - they had to make a break in the bar like to show that it went off the graph. My Internist at the time, when I questioned her, replied that they only worry if it is low.
My tests in my 20s were trying to diagnose some bizarre stuff, unexplained pains, etc. - I learned that I have extremely rapid transport of food/bolus, of the sort that to do a GI they literally had to have me drink the stuff on the table right before they did the scan. It is not unknown for folks to have that, but such folks are usually more or less emaciated as they can not get sufficient nutrients from their food. If you could see me, you'd know that has never been an issue for me - let's just say I am an extremely easy gainer. Anyway, as part of the shotgun testing that finally concluded that my peristalsis is so strong as to cause pain my test levels were run. As to why I am not 90 pounds, they never bothered with, evidently following the "it ain't broke" philosophy.

I think around 1000 for the earlier, and it is about 900 for LabCorp.
