Oasis
I'm a total newbie to all of this and have a question. It's probably been asked before so forgive me. Ive never used any type of steroid and I'm currently considering starting the oasis program. I'd like to know if this is the right place to start and how well do their programs work?

Oasis will only treat you if you have hypogonadism. I know some new guys have the idea that they are a legal place to get low dose steroids which is not the case. If you are just looking for AAS there are plenty of sources that have lower prices then Oasis.
Most of us on this forum have medical problems which require hrt for LIFE! We don't cycle.
What is going on with you that makes you think you need HRT at age 30?Last edited by Spyke; 08-04-2006 at 08:21 AM.

What is aas? Honestly nothing really medically wrong with me, I work out but cant really make any really noticeable gains. I figured I could go through oasis and obtain steroids legally under a doctors supervision leading me in the right direction, since I know nothing about this and if it helps me medically in any way it would be a bonus. Chances are I might have low levels of something, I wont know until i have the bloodwork done? Bad idea?

oasis
I have used oasis several times. The guy i deal with there is good and responsive. The product is legal. Cost is high. If you mix other home brews like tren and syno you can do a good cycle without the worries of finding a source.

If you haven't contacted them already, do so as they are very imformative and helpful.
You can do a search on the internet google or whatever just type in hypogonadism and you'll be able to see if you have any symptoms.
Good luck and take care

If you are not making gains, chances are you are not eating enough. Focus on diet and workout programs. HRT is for us guys who actually have a medical condition. Oasis is not a steroid supplier. I can tell from the questions that you are asking that you are nowhere near ready to start using any kind of gear.

Alright sounds like Oasis is not the route I should take. Can some of the pro's on this site steer me in the right direction? I'm trying to answer my own questions, but I'm finding this site confusing. Please help.

I think you'll be able to learn a lot just by browsing and learning the forum and reading a lot of threads...check out the diet forum, workout forum, etc...follow threads...you'll know a lot in a short time....and of course keep working hard and eating right....good luck...see you 'round

Alot of guys say don't even consider using AAS until you have trained hard core for 3 years with a good diet. I think this is good advice as it weeds out the newbies looking for a short cut.
How long have you been lifting for?

Ive been lifting for a year now. Not disciplined enough when it comes to my diet. This could be my problem?

Well your not gonna look like Hulk Hogan in a year. Diet is key. So is a proper training program. I go see guys in the gym who literally do nothing but curls everytime I see them and they never seem to get bigger.
My advice is to focus on compound lifts mostly, progressive loading (ie increase weight every workout), avoid going to failure, take a week off every 2 months or so to decondition the muscles and eat a surplus of clean calories.
Hold off on the steroids till you have been lifting a few years and are closer to your genetic limit.

Bottom line is simple:
1. You have to commit to be a new you....not a short term look good for teh summer or a reunion.
2. After 1, you must commit to a solid diet....it is hard and worth everything once you get used to eating the way you should.
3. Next comes lifting for gains....which means being patient enough to not overtrain.
4. Use cardio for cutting and strengthening your heart, etc. Use it as your metabolism and goals dictate...especially as you age.
5. Never stop educating yourself...this board is a never ending learning place
6. Once all of the above is done...then and only then should AAS be considered......
My two cents............
