Why some guys need an AI.

Just wanted to pass along some info from my doc. I have always wondered why, when 2 guys are taking the same HRT dose of 150mg per week for example. One may have very high estrogen levels and one may have very low or normal.

A big reason reason is body fat. The more fat you have the more likely you are to need an AI. However after being on test for a while and dropping a significant % of BF the need for an AI may be gone. Fat actually creates estrogen, I guess. It makes sense. Look at really fat guys like Louie Anderson the comic. He has very a female "look".

Just another reason to keep the BF% down.
