Hello boys....ok need some expert advice here.....maybe some mods can help me....
I am 30 years old, been on Hrt for about 3 years....started off at low dose but am now on 200mg of ethanate every week....100mg didnt seem to help.....blood tests have been in the normal range, with a couple of things like liver values in the high normal range but if it exceeds normal in the future I will ease off.

Anyways I have had refractory depression (treatment resistant) for a long time. Ive tried all the typical anti depressants and NOTHING worked....I am currently taking 30 mg of Adderall a day to augment depression , but I know this isnt a permanent solution.

Ive noticed ever since being on adderall that my mental aquity has sharpened INCREDIBLY......it has helped me in the gym bc I now do every excersise the "right" way with full range of motion and everything....and actually noticed Ive gotten stronger not bc of anything physical ,but mentally being able to focus on the task at hand and doing it properly.

Ive also recently got prescribed tryptan (l-tryptophan) 1000mg a day....(this is available in prescription form in canada) Tryptan converts to 5htp in the body and in mood disorders is frequently prescribed at does of 1gram (1000mg) up to 12 grams. It is a precursor to seritonon, and works on the same pathway as melatonin , hence it gives u a good night sleep and supposedly releases more natural GH....Note: Tryptan is known as natures seritonen booster, it was pulled off the shelves in 1990, bc of a tainting scandal , not bc the drug itself was proven to be bad...Coincidently( hint , hint) 4 days after it was banned "prozac" got its patent and was hailed the saviour of mood disorders.

Anyways my question is: I am getting a little worried bc of stories I hear of peoples heart blowing up and stuff from combinations of drugs that may strain your heart. Is there any real danger here of dosages at these levels????

Docs dont seem to know alot themselves so a lot of resaerch has been done on my own.

Also.....has anyone in here tried other nootropics like hydergine??? this is also supposed to give u physical benefits (anti-aging) as well as better mental cognition.
