How do I get the most out of my HRT
Hello, I'm a 33 year old male I'm 5'7" and 212 lbs. that has been on disability for about 3 years do to depression. After trying every med on the market for that condition and trying Androgel for having no energy, I had a friend tell me about his Endo specialist. I changed docs and started to see the one he goes to. He run all the blood work and this is where I am. My Test level is at 550 and esrogen levels were up and thyroid was down. So the following is what I'm on
200mg Test C.- 1 time a week
Anastrozole .5- 3 times a week
Armour Thyroid 90mg- 1 time a day
B12 injection- 1 time every 2 weeks
red yeast rice 600 mg- 2 times a day
I have had 1 injection and the difference is amazing. I think clearer and I feel the best I have felt in years. All that with 1 injection. I have read on here that it takes about 4 weeks to level out. The Doc told me if I were going to eat carbs do it at breakfast and to get me some protien and take 60 grams of that 2 times a day on top of my meals. My thinking is that if I have to take this, lets make the most of it. I want to get as Big and Lean as I can. This is where this board comes in. How do I do it? How do I need to eat and workout? I need your help please. Thanks

As far as your workouts, I'm not real sure what you are asking here. You need to get on a solid liftng program, add in some cardio and eat a clean diet and you should be fine.

My Test level was at 550 when I had my first visit to my new doc. I had been on Androgel for 3 months. He's not going to do anything for my shrinking nuts. And that sucks cause they are gone. As far as workouts I think I'm ok. Now the diet is another beast. To carb or not to carb that is the question. I want to put on as much lean muscle mass as I can. My diet is my big problem. Doc says carbs for breakfast and thats it. I want to get big and thick but not big, thick and fat. Thats my problem.

Wally, welcome...It looks like you're getting good advice from you doctor...all the doctors i go to i have to nag for anything and more so educate them, etc. and be persistent just to get test and AI....actually 2 different doctors.
So having a good doctor, I would say your already on a fast track to reach your goals. Have you checked out the diet forum yet...There are threads on the top in red called sticky's that have examples of good cutting or bulking diets and you can even post your stats, goals, current diet, and experience on a new thread and get great advice on how to dial in a good regimine for yourself..

Dude why would you continue going to a doc who doesnt give a shit if your balls shrink when a small dose each week of hcg will keep this from happening?
Eat right around maintenance and you should be fine. Just make sure you are eating balanced meals, dont worry too much about carbs.
