I am currently using Androgel 5g packets. I am experiencing a decrease in sex drive and my testicles have shrunk. I am not using any AI. Is there anything I could add to increase the low sex drive.

Try an AI. The board sponsor sell some. HCG may bring your balls back to normal size.

Many guys who started with androgel 5 have actually seen their levels drop lower then when they started. Get tested again and then have the doc increase the dosage if needed. You may also want to get your estrogen checked at that time too because if it is high, it may decrease the sex drive.

HCG will bring your balls back to full size and should increase your total test a bit. Typical program is 250iu twice a week. You inject it with a real tiny insulin needle. No biggie at all.
