If you give blood please read
I have never given blood before. I would like to start doing it to keep my RBC low even though they are not a problem. Plus I have read of other health benefits from giving and to top it all off it helps someone else.
When I go to the place will they ask me what meds I take? Do I tell them about the test, arimidex and hcg ? What else will they ask me? How much of a hassle is this going to be in terms of paperwork and questions?

If you tell them about anything you take that is not prescription they will reject you as a donor, and you will be flagged so that no one else will allow you to donate. Here's the rub: Nothing you are taking is itself specifically disallowed, so let your conscience be your guide....

Nope, not at all.
The red Cross guidelines specifically state that HRT is OK, and I fuly disclosed my Oasis program with no difficulties.

I lied about my AS use in order to give. They are concerned that AS users will "shoot up with dirty needles" and be at high risk for contracting hep and HIV. Of course as we know most AS users are obsessive about hygiene and are probably less likely to catch hep than your average joe. Strangely i am in a job that puts me in high risk group for Hep and they dont seem to be bothered about that!!!
I recently told them i have just had tattoo work done so i cant donate for 6 months now.

As far as test etc. goes they allow male blood to be given to females, and the relative difference between high normal male levels and females is many times that of someone on cycle versus a high normal, so evidently a unit of blood with a big test boost is not considered an issue.
And the blood does get $100s in tests to make sure it is OK....
