    Arimidex! whats a good dose?

    My estrogen(estradiol) is a little High at 43 (up 3 points from 40 about 2 months ago)...... my doc gave me a script for arimidex and told me to take 1/2mg every 3 days..... does this sound about right and is this just a temporary thing until my levels drop?

    my levels were similar and my family doc was ok with the number but my advisor at Oasis states that optimum estradiol is like between 15-30 so i thought it was a bit high as well...i had been going 1mg EOD til the 41 estradiol came back...so i'm at 1mg ED...AGAIN...individual basis however....good idea to keep em checked as often as u can

    wow, so the arimidex lowered your estradiol initially using 1mg eod, but then your e levels came back up again! did your e levels rise back again while you were using the arimidex or did you quit and then it came back?

    Im wondering if I should use a 1/2mg eod instead of every 3 days?

    Im not using any HRT so my estrogen levels were naturally induced from gaining size and muscle about 5 months ago.... I dieted back down to how I look in my avatar but my Test levels are still high and so the E....

    yes i followed your other thread...my estradial was quite good on low dose androgel , but once i started large HRT doses of test cyp my estradial balooned from 19 to 65 once and 75 another time and I immediately got arimidex and got it down to 41 after being on about 2 months...only inconsistency would be the 41 level was taken after i went off for 17 days (test cyp 200mg EW and arimidex 1mg EOD) before doing the blood work....so i'm not sure if my estro was lower while running the hrt cycle or if it had came up as i'm sure my test went down cuz it was only 500 something.

    Take as little as possible. How did you get 1/2 mg as real adex comes only in 1 mg tabs? I would start doing what your doctor recommended, no more.

    The compounded stuff comes in .25 and .50 caps. Then there is the liquid from lion.

    mine came in 1mg tablet form and my doc gave me a pill cutter to split em......
