    Unhappy HRT, Gear and you...

My natty test is pretty low. in the mid 400's. My doc and I have discussed HRT for me. Which would likely mean a weekly shot of Cyp or enan. I have heard anywhere between 100-150mg. Is this right?

Well, what ever does my doc wants to put me on I guess.

For those who have used gear and HRT, did you account for the test from your HRT? I am looking to do a cycle of PROP and VAR....with the prop being at 75mg /day. If I start HRT, should I alter my test dose?

I have been kind of delaying the HRT until I get through my cycle because I am not sure how HRT, Gear and PCT would all play together. A maintenance dose of test really throw in variables that I have never had to consider.

Some of you HRT bros chime in and give me your insight.

first of all mid 400's isnt low, its normal. If you cycle you simply ignore the HRT dose and just go with the cycle dose then go back to the HRT dose when you are finished the cycle.

On HRT, PCT is NEVER required, that would defeat the purpose of being on HRT. You need to do a bit more research dude before you go down this path because HRT is generally for life.

I am not on HRT yet. My doctor says I should consider it because I am seeing and feeling effects from it. Those numbers are down a year ago where I was in the lower 600s. So, mid 400's for me, is not normal. On a chart, yes they fall into an acceptable range. But you treat patients, not test results. 400 being normal or not normal depends on if you are symptomatic on asymptomatic.

I had a vasectomy about 9 months ago. I started feeling more fatigued than usual, more stressed out (high profile and high stress job) and my labido was dropping. After doing much research, there have been many reported cases of men wih vasectomies having lower test production. Decreased test in my case with a high stress load, is not good.

But thanks for answering. I will put off HRT as long as I can because yes, you are correct, its a life commitment that I don't think I want to make yet.

i guess then what you are asking the hrt ppl is what dose do we do better with? If I'm correct....I'd have to say on the average your assumption (100-150mg EW) would be pretty close but again...individual basis...you'll probably start with that when you decide to stay on and feel for yourself

best of luck with you bro

nah, my question was quite simply "do you account for your maintenance dose (hrt) when dosing your "on" cycle or just ignore it as if it were natty"

When I start HRT, it will be under doctors supervision. His concern was about 165 point drop in about 1 year or slightly less.
