Update on my HRT mess up
I am halfway through the 3rd week of my cycle where I am messing up my Hrt. Cycle is basically 400mg per week and .5mg dex every day.
The first couple weeks I noticed some minor fat loss even though I have been eating more. Not much change in the gym except a little more "pumped" when I finish. Also notice a minor increase libido.
Last couple days I have actually gained a couple lbs. Maybe a little less then1/4 on th biceps.
Today I friggin tore up the weight room. I am gonna really bump up the volume for the rest of the cycle.
So what do you guys think? How am I doing? What can I expect going into the 4th week and beyond? (I understand thats where the magic happens) I want to make the most out of this cycle because it is my 1st and probably last.

You sound pumped up. Keep up with the a-dex, you don't want gyno.
Hopefully, you will get the 18 inchers. Don't forget to taper down.

Well ya know my eyes are not so good any more. So even though I am supposed to be taking 150mg, I am "making a mistake" and filling the syringe too much. When I notice the error in 12 weeks, I will correct it and go back to 150mg. LOL

You might see as much as 10 pounds of increased LBM. How much you keep will depend on how well you keep up with things after the fact (I assume HRT instead of PCT). Are you taking growth? That might help keep gains, and continue the fat loss.

Acne is about the same which is wierd if you think about it.
No GH just test, dex and HCG . I really hope to gain at least 10 lbs LBM which should get me close to 18" biceps. Like Ufa said, I will taper back down to hrt over a few weeks so I hope I keep all the gains.

yeah it is flexing.... god can you imagine the kind of monster I would have to be for 18" without flexing and with my arms just hanging at my side????LOL
Problem for me is that even when I hit 18", I still wont feel that big. Problem is that I am 6' 2" with pretty long arms. If I was 5'10" with 18" arms I would look much more impressive....OH well, genetics

Is that right? You're supposed to flex for bis? Why? I don't for chest, shoulders, waist, etc. I AM 5' 10" and I measure my bis at 18.5" - lax. Don't feel like a "monster" though....
