1st shot done: Questions

Ok. I took the plunge. The last Testosterone shot I gave myself was 1996 and was 600mg. Memory is faint. I just hope I got the pin past the massive fat layer on my ass.

No pain. Went smooth.

A little queesy very briefly after injection. Tightness in chest. Tingling in fingers. Feel fine now. I chalked it up to first injection jitters.

Anyone else experience this? Input?

I thought that was it. Not having the post shot pain in the ass that I remember having from time to time.

33 - 6'1" - 330lbs - 28%BF. Sorry.... 324 now. Lotta yard work building my patio this past week.

Diet is a basic high protein, low fat, medium carbohydrate diet. No specific meals every day. I get alot of my recipes from Mens Health. (Please dont laugh..... Too hard) With this I haven't lost alot of pounds but by BF has dropped 12% over the past year.

As for training, I have been an avid lifter for the past 3 years and off an on before that since 16.

just keep up workin hard bro and making the diet better and better...you probably notice already how better you feel with the better foods...man, a few years ago...you couldn't force and apple down me and know, I drool in the produce section over the mcintosh and goldens
my first time jitters was more hyped up and positively excited...gear with insurance...i couldn't believe it

Man no real pain at all. Why do I remember serious knots the next day after an injection? Looked to be water based. Didn't have the oil based color to it.
