How much arimidex should you take when you are on 200mg of testo-e every 2 weeks?

No estroidal tests have been done, so unsure on the current level of estro in system.

Are you just doing HRT ?

200mgs/ every TWO weeks is not much and you can get away with .25mgs EOD of arimidex

Yes my levels are just above the low spot, last test was 311, I decided to supplement myself with 200 mg ever 2 weeks.

My dad is on hrt from a dr, his was way lower. I do not qualify for a script and Im tired of feeling like shit.

He gets real USP stuff and inside the package, the paper has a few paragraphs on hrt and thats the dosage it recommends.

I have done a cycle in the past. I am familiar with the practices, I can always learn though. My test was low when I started, I did the cycle, all was welll, did pct with clomid and nolva and it was a typicla beginners cycle.
That was two years ago. I do a blood test once a year to see where I am thats how I know I was 311ng/dl

Im not looking to do a cycle or inject high dosages.

Just want to get my test levels in a higher range.

I read a post on the forum about how much will your test elevate with 200mgs and there was a study done and it was long. Long story short, seems like this every 2 week thing will do fine for me since I was very low to begin with.

Be careful overdoing the arimidex . It is powerful stuff. It f_cked me up for a while. I was wanting to stay dry and cut, so I was taking .5mgs/day along with 100mgs. of test/weekly. At first I was very full and hard, then I started to bloat a little bit. I upped it for a day or 2, then got severe brainfog, sleepiness/tiredness, a nervous feeling, upset stomach, and just didn't feel good. After stopping it completely for about 3 or 4 days, I began to feel better. Anyway, my point is to just be careful and make small adjustments. A good start would be .25mgs. every third day.
