HIGH FSH and LH PRIMARY HYPO???

I have all the symptoms of low test

but I got some blood work back and I have High FSH and LH out of range
but my Total Testosterone was over 700

Does this mean I am primary Hypo or that i have tumor or what

I have no energy

or libido and I have all the symptoms of hypogonadism

Any knowledge on this wood be great

When you have high LH and FSH and low test this is usually a sign of secondary axis failure. Your testicles are not producing enough test. Your Leydig cells and Sertoli cells become desensitized with age or medical conditions. Have you checked your testicles for lumps or tumors?

Have you ran any blood work earlier to compare your levels? You could have always had high LH and Fsh levels throughout the years. What is your age? What is your physical condition? You could have High Estrogen levels which would cause your symptoms. If you have high a**ominal fat your test could be aromatizing into estrogen.The best Blood check on Test is Free state.
If you have high SHBG levels this will take your test and make it bound were it can not be used, but it will show up as Test in your total test results. Free Test tests will show unbound available Test only. I have a tumor in my hypothalamus and I was diagnosed about 1 1/2 years ago. I went to my GP and he treated me for ***ression for 4 years with meds what a f**ck up mess that was.
I got on the internet and found out I had low test symptoms, I made him run blood work on my test and it came back low, very low. After my MRI's and CT scan showed the tumor I was sent to an Endo. This Guy saved my life I feel great the tumor is shrinking with my meds. I am on 400MG of Test Cyp every 10 days and I take T-4 for my thyroid I feel great. I would not worry about a tumor I would suggest you get more blood work done and check everything. If your GP wont run it go to a Endo, I have had much better luck with my endo than my GP. Good Luck

How high are you talking about LH, and FSH?

FSH on a range frim 1.6 to 8.0 mine was 8.1
LH on a range from 1.5 to 9.3 mine was 11.9
My total test was 716
my free test or bioavailable test has not been calculated but
but my SHGB was 35 which would lower my available test.
my prolactin level was 4.8
and IGF-1 was183

Have you had your Albumin levels checked? This will also bind to your Test.
up to 68%. I would also check your Estrogen to Test ratio. Your LH and FSH are not that high. What is your age?
