I know i've seen this before, but i forgot the answer. When taking Androgel does your body stop producing its natural amount of test? And if not how come our testes stop producing test when we use gear but not when on TRT?

Personally I would think that when you cycle the dosage is much higher which might have something to do with it. Also, the compound is different, AFAIK, it is just testosterone , and not test-e, test-cyp etc which might have something to do with it.

From what little I know, I'll hang my hat on the high (more effective ) dosage of a real cycle being the culprit.

My doctor told me that even when you are on trt, your body stops producing it on its own. That is why they say trt is for life. (most of the time)
