    6 weeks into TRT

    I have been lurking around for some time and this is my first post. I have been on TRT for 6 weeks. I take 100mg/wk. I have notice changes in strenght but have notice little loss in my mid section. I'm 40y/o 5' 10" 202lbs. I think my bf% would be around 22%. My question is, how long before I should see a decrease in my mid-section? I work out with the majority of my workout on cardio. Any suggestions on weight loss?

    keep up the cardio and continue to tighten up the diet...some people the middle is the hardest place to lose fat

    My diet is pretty much a low-carb Atkins. I have started reading the diet section and looks like I have a lot to learn. When I first started TRT, I gained weight. I know that most if it was muscle gain, but I was still alittle freaked out about the gain. My goal is to get lean.

    Go to the diet forum and find a better diet. Fad diets do not work well, and are easy to forsake in the long run.
