ALCAR / ALA for antiaging/longevity

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone has taken ALCAR / ALA on a long-term basis for anti-aging/longevity and whether they have noticed any results?

- Clomid is hot garbage. Enclomiphene is far superior. Clomid will work for PCT, but why use it when you can use a compound with fewer issues and all the benefit?
