HRT Advice
My endo has prescribed me HRT due to a low testosterone level. He wants me to get bloodwork done after my next shot, then another, right before my second shot.
He is looking at the peak and the trough. Is there a 'trick' to ensure my test levels stay low on both blood tests, to ensure a continuation of HRT? He has me bon 1/2cc of test cyp once per month, which, IMO, won't do much for bodybuilding. But pharm grade is better than ugl's.
Thoughts? Suggestions?
The other avenue we are exploring after the holidays is my IGF-1 levels to see if I qualify for GH. Is there another 'secret' to make my IGF-1 levels low when I get tested, so I can obtain GH?
I know there are several people out there doing this...I just don't know the proper procedure.
Thanks!

think you want your test to be as accurate as possible.....if there are ways to test low i have no idea....but the trough is critical...
1) my GP had me on a once per month until the specialist finished all the testing;
2) the specialist took over the scrip and took the injections to every other week .....3) the trough test came back low so he then switched me to every week.
My two cents is let the process run its course and then see how you feel....because my GP missed it (he focused on depression and depression meds which i refused to take) and because the GP's secretary blew the appointments with the specialist , the whole process for me took almost a year ..... fatigue was the only thing i really felt literally for a whole year....stay in the process and stay on the people who are supposed to be working for you...
There are a ton of educational threads on this site....do searches or just read each HRT thread ....good luck
