Where did all the HRT and TRT clinics go?
I have not been around in awhile and when i returned to look for a quality HRT clinic there all gone. There used to be one that advertised on this site. I have also discovered that it appears to be against the rules to discuss clinics in an open forum. So i went looking online and that is a crap shoot.. so what to do....is asking for a good, legitimate clinic like asking for a source?..I am 37 and would easily meet the qualifications for HRT or TRT but cant seem to find a quality clinic. So any reccomendation on a course of action?.. and no my current doctor will not help me..

Goverment put the squeeze on HRT, many Docs dont want to get involved. My Doc stopped completely after Gov officals came and checked his books a few times, he was legit but just didnt want the heat.

this maybe common knowledge but i think the problem with the online clinics is that often times the patient doesn't actually see the doctor in person and that's where the law is coming into play...correct me if i'm wrong

I can give you my experience.. in the past i used two different HRT clinic. Both out of Florida. Nither of them required me to see thier doctor. I was required to have a general physical from my doctor and give blood to determine all sorts of different stuff but primarily what my test levels were. My levels were always on the low side and i easily qualified for the treatment. I then filled out a mountain of paper work and then paid 2-3 times more than what you would if you bought off the black market. But peace of mind was wonderful and well worth the cost.
From what i read from this site and others, the problem came when these clinics started to fill perscriptions for people in states that require the patient to see a doctor from their clinic. Mainly New York. I guess it is against New York law for a doctor to prescribe medication to a patient without seeing them in person.
So now that leaves me....someone who would easily qualify, but no more clinics willing to practice as they had in the past.....
I do not know for sure but at one time this site was going to offer a HRT clinic....I assume the laws of different states deterred them?....or what happened with that?

I'm guessing you will be a Doctor when I grow wings and fly.
But your comment is a rediculous over-generalization of course. Legit and very worthy scrips are written in huge numbers all over the coutry by fine and talented physicians who never have any problem.
Test E and Test C are in the catalogs of almost every legit drug wholesaler in the country.

lol, u seem to know it all...................of course i was generalizing, he was asking about hrt,trt clinics and most of the ones im familiar with have dried up, and that was what i was refering to. but since u missed that i'll explain further.that being said of course u can obtain a script for test, but i know from experience that not every doc is willing to do that as they risk being audited and is considered grey area (anti-aging) by the fda. it deff can be done but id love to see you go into average jo family clinic and even with test levels in the low 200's get anything more than testo-gel
i have a scrip for 200mg of test cyp a wk BTW, and all of my info is coming from my doc who is a friend as well and he keeps me informed of the situation in our area. last yr 20+ docs in our area had their doors kicked in and lost their liscences for prescribing "too much test" and or hgh or both,so u really need to research a little more before u call me out son..................

Wow, it used to be a free country.
They even got the feds using our tax money to kick doctors who give test to guys with low test.
All in the name of "a level playing field".
Messed up.

I wonder if a compounding pharm would tell you which Dr. are perscribing injectable test so you could see them?

I have research comp. pharm since reading about them here...there was a thread stated such....and there are many in my state (TX)..but the majority of them are not getting close to the filling or associating with this type of perscription...or at least the ones i have researched...though i do not doubt there are some out there....that path seems a dead-end for me....
I did however find a clinic i have used in the past....and the procedures have definitly changed...probably for the better....and how interesting it is that the cost have increased dramatically as well....lol....i will keep looking, looking or researching always brings other knowledge i was not expecting to gain.. as it has done this time as well.....

u can still get a scrip from a doc u just need to find the right doc.things are deff changing though.last yr my doc could no longer order bulk orders of test for his office, they have limited the numbers/amounts he can have in his office at a time. and he can no longer get compounds he used to, until last yr he could get winny but no longer.there r people(im sure driven by the major drug co's) lobbying to get compounding pharmacies shut down all together, im a member of an internet lobbying group that petitions congress and law makers to keep them open.every 6mos or so iget another e-mail stating that a bill is going up to ban a certain compound, that last one they where trying to kill was progesterone which is alot less controversial than test or other steroids .anyway keep trying diff docs till u find one that will prescribe u test.the good news is u only have to get ur bloodwork done once just make sure uve got a copy of it to take with u to the doc, GL!

Well i will say that i have found a few...almost all will require you to meet their doctor in person for exam etc....one place i had used before wanted me to drop $500 for the blood work and since i was a former patient, they would determine later if i needed to see the doc in person.....lol.....
which ever way you go, be ready to drop at least $1000 for blood work and travel to the clinic...unless of course you live in Fl or close to that state. Or maybe you will be lucky enough to live closer to a state that has the facilities. Then comes the cost of the treatment...which easily is 2-3 times the price of UG labs...but the price of being legal in this day in age is probable worth it...Just is bit expensive for us older guys who would meet the requirements....

From what I have found Urologists seem to be very willing to prescribe test, but they will not give out more than 200mg per week.
That is about the top end of what they will scribe for, or 1 10ml vial every 10 weeks, with one refill, so 2 10ml vials every 20 weeks.
That should however be plenty for TRT.
The idea that most Urologists have, is that erection dysfunction is least common in guys who are at the top 1/3rd of their range. So they like to keep their guys there.
Very different than Endos, who want you anywhere in the range, and low being fine by them, even preferred.
