Low test levels; Do you think it is due to overtraining?

I had 2 blood tests taken over the last month and both showed my test levels to be low. I went to a hormone doc and I have another appointment with him next week. My first total test level was 353, and my second blood test showed 205. I may be overtraining. I weight train Monday mornings, then practice Jiu jitsu Monday nights. I weight train Tuesday morning (different body parts obviously) and train Jiu jitsu Tuesday night. Wednesday during the day I train Jiu jitsi. Thursday is weight training and Friday is Jiu jitsu. I am 31 YO. How does this sound? Am I burning myself out to the point where my test levels are diminishing? I have basically kept this type of schedule since I have been 23.

That type of schedule can definatley bring your levels down but as soon as you back off they will come up some. I wouldnt say you are doing permanent damage. I train jiu-jitsu as well and when i go like that my levels get even worse than they are normally. I am waiting for test results right now and hopefully i will be put on a regimine so i can train harder. When i roll too much i loose all my muscle and whats left of my sex drive. As soon as i back off i feel much better. I am 39 years old and am having a hard time keeping up with the 20-somthings...
