Question Low Test and Body Temperature Help!

    Hey Bros,

I have been concidering doing a cycle of test before (23 years old) Now that I am 27 years old I have been thinking about it more and more. Now this is where I need all the help that I can get from you. My sister has hypothyroidism for about six years now. In the last four years I have been suffering form depression on and off, gone to the docs and gotten better, but now I am always tired, loosing hair, dry skin etc. All symtoms of Hypothyroidis for a male. I read somewhere that taking your body temperature first thing in the morning can help you tell if your hormone levels are low, in my case I also think that I have low test levels since I remember, late puverty, not the strongest person in the world and I do train and eat heathy all the time.

Here are my temps reading for the last 10 days first thing in the morning as I wake up:

    Day 1: 97.1 F
    Day 2: 96 F
    Day 3: 96.2 F
    Day 4: 95.8 F
    Day 5: 96.5 F
    Day 6: 95.5 F
    Day 7: 97 F
    Day 8: 96 F
    Day 9: 95.8 F
    Day 10: 96.8 F

I am going to get some blood test done and find a good doctor to see if I am a good candidate for HGH and TRT. Do you think my body temperature is a good indication that something is not right? Thanks for you help bros.

Taking your temp everyday ( for a week straight ) can be a indicator that you have a thyroid problem ..Make sure to take it as soon as you wake up though ( dont drink or eat anything ..Basically get out of bed , pee or whatever , and then take your body temp.. Getting the proper blood test is what you need at this point .....

Have you seen my bloodwork sticky ?

ALL you need to know about bloodwork
