Decided to be on home made HRT
Hi,
Having natty low test and being in the UK they dont do HRT unless your at hypogondal levels i.e well below "normal" range as such iv'e decided to stay ON after my cycle I was thinking of running low-dose test say 125mg per week for two to three months between cycles!? how does this sound and is there anything else I should be using and or thinking of using while being on test for an extended peroid? Also HCG last cycle I got ball shrinkage as I will be on for an extended peroid how much and how often should I use HCG?
Thank's

I went to doc complaining about libido and tiredness - my test levels came back as 9.1 nmol - normal range 9.9-23.4nmol - doc put me on sustanon 100 every 2 weeks.

You can be on 75-150mg of long estered test each week. Ideal split dose to 2 injections per week. You should do blood test each months and based on your results up or lower dose. You should be around 25-35nmol/l or around 700-1000ng/dl. This is nice but still physiological level of test.
To keep your balls alive you should run hCG 250IU once or twice each week and use some aromatase inhibitor like Arimidex or Aromasin 0.5mg EOD or 10mg EOD to block estrogens but again not to much. And this is based again on your results.
Our range is 9.8nmol - 55.1nmol last time I had 35.5nmol 2wks after PCT... so no need for HRT in my case.

Are you going to do TRT between cycles so you don't have to do PCT?
This means you are giving up on making any form of natural test for the rest of your life. It is likely that you won't be able to have kids.
TRT without a doctor doing blood work seems like a bad idea.
