Ive been in test cyp for two weeks. 200 per week.

Ive put on about 4-5 pounds.

My diet has been good and ive been rolling (bjj) and weightlifting.

My bodyfat has gone down about 1-2 pounds.

How much of this is water weight do you think?

I really dont want to put on mass really, Ill take it but for competition purposes I want to be as light as possible.

If it is water weight whats the best way to limit it?
