    Help received blood work

Just got back from Dr. office, he told me I should lower my test E down from 100 per week. Here are my results
    Free Test 77.2 range should be 0.5 - 8.1 pmo/L
    Total Test 22.7 range should be 10.0 - 38.0 nmol/L
    Estradiol 156 range up to 198 pmo/L

Help me out, I think I should take more to raise total closer to 38.0, but whats up with the free? And should I take arimdex or is that number ok?

    Thanks

Man, it's scary to think about how many people have been misdiagnosed or incorrectly treated due to lab errors. I'm glad to hear they caught the error for you.

jmcm: imho, try what your doc suggests and go from there. Be patient and let your body tell you what is best for you. It's really hard to drop your dose when you feel good, no sides, and you're making progress in the gym. we've all learned that hrt is not an exact science (some of us learned it the easy way, and like myself, I learned the hard way because I'm a hard-head). When I finally accepted that this is a lifetime routine and not a cycle for awesome gains, followed by eventual loss of the gains- I was beaten into a sense of reasonableness.
