    deca and energy?

    Im taking trt 200mg test c week.I want to start 100mg deca w ,because my joints snap crackle and pop allot.Will the deca give me more energy to workout?

    Im no expert by any means but Im taking 200 mg test cyp/week. About 5 weeks ago I added 200 mg deca /week. I dont think it has given me more energy but my workouts have been solid lately with incredible pumps. My recovery time is also much less than it has ever been. Im not real sure if its the test or the deca or both to be honest. 200 mg is a pretty low dose and most guys that cycle seem to do double that. I figure I would take it slow and work my way up if need be. On the down side I noticed it has made my skin kind of oily. Hope this helps 5.0

    Oily skin is good, keeps it looking younger longer.

    Yes Deca will give you more energy to workout, but I would up it too 300 mgs a week or at least equal it out with your 200 mgs of test per week. I love Deca and it helps my joints.

    If you train hard, imho, you need Deca to recover and prevent joint injuries. I guess it just depends on your objectives when you begin hrt/trt. Wish Deca wasn't so expensive these days, so I could run the same amount of it as I do test cyp. Right now (because of cost, I run 100 mg. of test cyp with 50 mg. of Deca per week. Good luck bro! btw-don't expect a doctor to agree or even approve of it's usage.

    Deca will make those 'snap, crackle and pops' become a thing of the past - at least for a little while. When you're getting that great workout with no joint pain, you'll be able to sustain your own energy.

    cool, tanx all im realy looking forward to starting the deca .im I'm 40
    so it should be a noticeable improvement.

    You're welcome. Just remember keep your test mgs at least the same or above the deca mgs. You don't want to get deca-dick!
