androgel calf pain?
Anyone experience calf pain from Androgel ? I see it listed as one of the report if experienced possible side effects. If you've had it does it clear up on its own or does the Dr really need to be contacted? Don't want to seem like a woos.
New at this. Using Androgel 5 days now. Already feel like a new person. But, Yesterday I noticed how sore my calves were. At some points it took quite a while to walk it off. Sore to the touch and even in bed had to "position" the legs. Today a little better but still sore. Don't suppose it matters but sorer on the inside of the leg.

I've not experienced it.
The one thing to be aware of (although it's probably too early to be very likely) is that T can cause an increase in red blood cell mass which can predispose a person to deep vein thrombosis. Although this is highly unlikely, if you note swelling and redness along with the discomfort, it would be a good idea to have it checked out (usually done with Doppler ultrasound).
