Balls have shrunk

Over the last 6 weeks my Balls have shrunk and they are not hanging like they use to. They are always tucked up into my scrotum. They feel like they did when I was just on testosterone and not taking any HCG . I take 250iu of HCG twice a week. Has anyone got any thoughts as to what this may be ?

What exactly are you on? Dosages? How old is the HCG ?

I am on TRT and have been for just under 12months. I take 100mg Test once per week. Have 250iu of HCG twice per week on days 5 and 6. And have .25 Arimidex every 4 days.

My balls have shrunk in the last 6 weeks.

Being on TRT has given me my life back (im 36) but has changed my sex life for the worst - Erections have been terrible on TRT. Putting that aside life, my energy, is back to what it was before I got sick with extremly low energy 6 years ago.

Get your blood work done. Not saying this is what's happening to you but I have had those symptoms before too. I’ve been on TRT for 5 months. About 3 months ago when I added Ldex into my schedule, my boners went bye bye and mood & energy went down too. Lol Now I only take it when needed, usually every few weeks. I can tell as soon it’s working, it changes my mood, makes me emotional ect. It does get rid of the water weight though.

I cant believe your balls have shrunken and you are on HCG. Up the dose to 500 IU twice a week but seperate the dose more like Mon and Thurs. Get your estradiol levels checked. Low estrogen is just as bad as high estrogen and I will bet both my shrunken nuts that that will be your issue. It maybe you just dont need the adex at all. Obviously you need to make sure your test levels are at the high end of the range as well. 100mg a week may well be too low for you

Hi Kale, my test and free test are in the upper 1/3.
Your right my E was low. This was whilst I was taking arimidex .25 every 3days which is why i now take it every 4 days. I havnt been tested since changing to every 4 days. Do you think I should just take .25 once a week ??
Also does your body build up a resistence to HCG ???
I feel as though not only has my balls shrunk but my penis has as well.. Is this possible ???

Only way to be sure what to do with the Adex is to get a blood test. But you can go to once a week and see what you feel like I dont believe you can build immunity to HCG . Whats the big deal anyway even if they have shrunk ? As for you penis, there is no way that Test will cause that to shrink, that is a total myth.

like kale said...you may not need 'dex at all....i have lowered my a'dex s dose as well for the same reasons....so far so good....i was taking a'dex often because i had a tendency for the test to convert and also my nips get sensitive easily...i'm down to .5 the 3 days after shot and going to try and taper down to .25 EOD like most do on this board...also wish i could test estradiol more often...if you can...do so

I do HCG a couple of times a year just so I can remember what they look like, it also makes me massively horney, even more so than normal . Actually they don't really shrink that much, probably down to a quarter of normal size.

Exactly, I have a pretty big sack so even though they have shrunk you cant really tell. I am thinking of having it removed and turned into a purse for my wife

Definitely sounds like low estrogen... I experienced this first hand many years ago when I was taking Test, tren and nolvadex . Laid off the nolv and about a week or so later I was back in business. Also, super low E levels in men will really hurt the cardio.
