    I am doing .5 x2 week.

Go get your blood work done first. Too much estrogen bad, no estrogen even worse.

I have been taking 1 mg/3 X's week and it has kept my estradiol level at 20. I just started cutting the pills in half this week to bring it down to .5 mg/3 x's/week. It seems that most people here are taking less. I'm curious to see where my levels will go. I am hoping that my levels will staty the same at that dose.

I am taking .25 2x week now and that is working great for me so far.

Seems to vary so a quarter pill aweek may work fine for you.
