    Just started third week of TRT

    Well I am feeling better and I have a sex drive again a good thing for me and my wife.

    Been hitting the weights as hard as I can I just had knee surgery before I started TRT so I am a little limited in the gym right now

    Anyway at physical therapy today they weighed me and checked my bf% 277 and 13%. Now I don't think I dropped 5% bf in three weeks one of the readings is probably a little off.

    I have been eating great for over a month now I haven't cheated once and its paying off.

    Still hoping my energy level increases some more and my sex drive is somewhat sporadic but a huge increase over the nothing it has been.

    How long into your trt before you could notice a real signifcant energy boost and your sex drive was steady?

    glad its working bro.....libido wasnt an issue when i started but id DID increase early on...but body fat wouldnt decrease and gaining strength/muscle seemed impossible but within the first few weeks there was noticeable improvements and in 6 months i dropped prolly 10% bf....trt was/is a godsend

    keep bustin as$ swoll...i though u said you were 10% bf....i must have misremembered...lol

    I wish haven't been there in awhile I was about 18% when I switched gyms about two months ago and I really think the first reading they took at the gym was off I made my therapist double check twice today.

    After getting shot I am in the worst shape of my life now I'm not really in that bad of shape but for me its bad.

    I hope to down get down to 10% soon.

    I was about 3 weeks in when it kicked in. Energy and libido are steady. I think my libido is about as good as it is going to get now. In fact, I don't think my wife could handle anymore.

    Be patient bro. TRT is a marathon not a sprint. Just eat right, do cardio and train like an animal in the gym.
