Can somone look at lab work

Ok ive been on test cyp 4 weeks now,my dose is 150 mg a week,before shots my t level was mid 100s
now toatal test-480 range is 241-827
free test-14.6 range is8.7-25.1
prolactin-8.2 range is2.1-17.7
lh is 0.2 range is1.5-9.3
tsh-0.858-ranges is 0.450-4.50
t4-9.1 range is 4.5-12.0
t3-33 range is 24-39
free thyroxine-3.0 range is 1.2-4.9
ok my endo says its my brain and wants me to get a mri,why do i need a mri,and on the shots how long does it take for libbdo to come back,thanks for any help from the guys who know this stuff

Mine came back in less than a week. Others say 3-4 weeks.

The correlation between test levels and libido aren't absolute.

I have no idea on lab work.

2 things dont add up to me...

1/ Your test only went to 480 on 150mg EW for 4 weeks? Did you do blood soon after your last (4th week) shot? Is the test 200mg per ml?

2/ The doc didnt do the mri and/or check your prostate before administering you exogeneous testosterone ? Now he wants to after 4 weeks of lab ratting?

Well i was going to my family doc,and he started me on trt,and then after the gels didnt do good he put me on shots,so i finally went to a endo and he checked my prosatae and did all the right blood work,my family doc never did,but the level on 150 was 2 days before my next shot,yes its 200mg ml and my vial is 10ml,the endo said my brain was not making it so he wants a mri,he is alot different than my family doc.
