Needle slipped
Yeah I have been doing TRT for about a 5-6 weeks now. I switched to delts for TEST E injections usually my wife holds my muscle one direction so I can go in, helps with the bleeding. Well she wasnt available yesterday and shot it in my delt and the needle/syringe jumped out of my hand and spun in a circle inside my delt, bruise like a mofo any suggestions on future injections.

Glute I wasn't feeling much and that was even harder for me.
Yeah I might just try the thigh, I was trying to rotate a little to beat the soreness and needle damage since im twice a week and HCG injections twice a week too.

Ouch! Sorry to hear.
I don't have a helper, so I'm most confident hitting the quads.
I've also done the glutes. I just switched to a 25ga pin and let
me tell you, what a world of difference from the 22ga I was using.
I find that it makes a bit of a difference too how you position
the muscle to be injected. Relaxed-extended or Bent-tensed.

Yeah im using 25 gauge X 5/8s length, they are nice..
It was kind of a dumb move on my part of course, should have waited on the wife. It didnt actually bruise as much as I thought it would, bled like shit though. Oh well learn and live on...

yeah, my wife runs when I go to inject so I am on my own too. If you want to do the delts, you might try kneeling down and putting your arm on th bathroom counter.

23ga 1-1/2" in the glutes or quads. I do it on my own. Being right handed the right glute is much easier than the left.

1" is all that is needed for quads not 1.5" and 25G are perfect.

The delt is not a very good muscle to inject into. It has a different structure then other muscles. I know a lot of guys use it but it's not the best. Try your thigh. They glute isn't hard if you don't try to watch. Just clean a large area and stick it in. The glute is a huge muscle and you can't really Fup with it. I use it all the time. For me it's either the glute or the thigh.
If you use the thigh go about the middle and a little to the outside. If you use the area near the knee it hurts like hell. Well at least on me it does.

ArcRoyal--- Bad thing is im the opposite of most people, I have to watch it... Its a bummer but yeah im going to try the thigh on my next injection, im getting use to the delt but will try the thigh next, I got me a good bruise on the Left so now im just in the right. The left took a few days to bruise pretty badly..

for some reason I could never do the glutes and have always done the Thighs, MUCH easier.

Iuse 20 ga to load then switch to 23 ga 1.5 in to inject.25 ga is just to slow for me..Doc wrote script for 20 ga.Guess he never used one on himself before

When my next needle time is up i might try 23ga, since yeah 25 is kind of rough.

I have settled on 23 - 24 ga for my shot now. as for sites i find it good to try many, glutes, quads, delts and have even tried lats

would have your wife do injections. Mine does, thanks to multiple mishaps when i tried to do my own in the thigh.
