Resveratrol for longevity

Who has tried resveratrol for longevity here? Looking into it

I have tried it and im actually still taking it but not for longevity....

I run a website at http://www.benefits-of-resveratrol.com I haven't even started the page on resveratrol and athletes yet, but the rest is pretty well fleshed out. There have been a few mechanistic studies on resveratrol's ability to improve cardiovascular health -but nothing concrete. From a free radical perspective, I'd say it's worthwhile. You've got to find a good source though.
