sleep..gone to hell..

yesterday..worked 7p-7a..went to the gym..1.5 hours..came home slept two hours now back at work..i wonder if a sign of good test is the insomnia that comes with it..

it can be a number of things but i have the same issue when my E2 gets out of the zone. i'll suddenly wake and not be able to sleep for about an hour or so.
