    Advice needed on my levels.

    Hey guys,

Don't want to make this post too long but here is my problem. I am 32 years old, 6', 200 lbs. working out on and off since 21 but consistent last 3 years. Not sure of my body fat but do carry some belly fat which I have been working on and will post my workout and diet. I have also been on paxil 20mg for about 10 years from severe panic attacks that I would get but haven't had one in years. For the past 2-3 years I have been feeling like sh1t. No libido, lethargic, weak erections, no drive, etc. About 8 months ago I went to my primary doctor and he ran basic blood work and he said all came back ok. During my checkup I told him that I do snore and he advised that I go to a sleep center. Went to the sleep center and found out I do have moderate apnea. Went back again for a study with a CPAP and the charts showed improvement in my sleep. Used the CPAP religiously for 6 weeks with no improvement. Went back to the sleep center and the doctor advised I go see an endo for my hormone levels. Endo ran tests and my results came back:

    Testosterone Total: 345 ng/dL Range: 241-827
    Testosterone Free: 1.30 ng/dL Range: 0.95-4.30
    Testosterone % Free: 0.37 Range: 0.32-0.50
    Estradiol: 40 pg/mL Range: <50

Endo advised me that my levels are fine and that it's my apnea causing what I am feeling. So I went to a new ENT with all my results from the sleep study and he is telling me that the symptoms I am feeling is not from my moderate apnea. He advised I go back to the endo thats its my hormone levels. I have been calling this pr1ck for 3 weeks and he has not returned my calls. Now I know I am within range on my levels but I don't know what else to do. The doctors just seem to rush you out the door. My question is do these levels seem ok? I have other results from mri's and blood work if needed. Should I see another endo. Maybe a low dose trt regimen myself or run a low dose cycle. I'm sure there are many others on here that can relate to what I'm feeling. There is more I can add but I'm sure you understand where I'm coming from. I am very tired of feeling like this. Thanks for reading and any help or advice would be appreciated.

Contact a different endo as your values are not the worse we have seen here but they could be better. If you are having all the symptoms at your current level then maybe a little TRT and Anti-E would make you feel better.
Finding the rite Doctor is the one most important thing.

I would go the legal way because its for life and to try and do it that long under the radar i think the law of average would catch up to you sooner or later. Also if you find out its working you have to go thru feeling like crap until you can find a doc to work with you..

Thanks for the replies guys. To add a little more when I started feeling some of these symptoms several years ago I figured that I'm starting to get older so that's when I started to eat healthier and working out again but symptoms have been getting worse. I was planning on doing a cycle in the future but now I'm unsure if I should because of possibly lowering my levels even more. Is this possible? The endo is telling me that there is nothing else they can test for. What pisses me off is all the doctors are quick to shove anti-d's down your throat but not look into other possible issues. My insurance company will allow me to get a second opinion so hopefully I get a good endo that will take time to explain to me what it may be. Is it possible to still have symptoms of andropause even if your within the lower range ? Thanks again fellas, just getting very frustrated feeling like this.
