Question about receptor site down regulation

I have been taking HRT of 200 mg T.cyponate per week for about 1.5 yrs. Does this cause a significant down regulation of the receptor sites, so that the effectivness of treatment, i.e. muscle gain, becomes deminished? If so, what is the length of time at this dose that this will occure and should I be switching back and forth to a different esther, such as enthonate? Thank you for any advice.

I dont know about receptor down regulation but switching to a different esther is not going to do anything as test is test. The esther controls the delivery rate not how it effects your receptors.

for some guys 200mg puts them at the top of the range and for others it puts them well over that. for me 200mg put me at around 2500 three days after my weekly shot.

i'm not sure what would happen if i stayed at that dose for 1.5 years.
