questions to all those on hrt
1. My doctor always tests me testosterone 2 weeks after injection and my test is always tanked like 80 or 90 ngs. so the question is When does your doctors test your testosterone is it right after the injection 1 week after injection? Or is the two weeks post injection normal?
2. Have any of you noticed increase in strength and muscle mass just using your recommended hrt dose?
thanks guys

Yes alot of Doctors like to test at your lowest point. If you are on a good TRT program you should notice strength increases if you were low on test to begin with.

crazy when he was doing 200 mg every two weeks I was dropping super low but most guys say that that is enough to get them to the 700 ng range, he put me to 300 but I feel like its more effective weekly.

Try changing to 100 mg per week. Less highs and lows works much better for me!

I started TRT about a year ago on cream, but didn't see any noticeable changes until I switched to injections at the end of July. My bodfat on august 1st was 21.2% at 187.5 lb. I tested it again 2 days ago (11/18) and it was at 19.7% at 194.8. So in 15 weeks I gained 9.6 lbs of muscle and lost 2.3 lbs of fat. I've also experienced great gains in strength and endurance in the gym, so it's definitely working. I have access to a bodpod for fat measurements, so I know the changes are legit.
I'm on 200mg cyp / week and 0.5 mg Adex 2x week.

some doctors like to test during peak levels which is about 48-72 hours after the shot while others like to test at trough which is the day of the next shot but before the shot is taken.
it's not that important which one your doc uses as long as it's consistent.
it would actually be nice to know both peak and trough levels. this would be a good way to know what the half-life of T is in your system. for most people the half-life of T is 5-8 days. meds shouldn't be prescribe at less intervals than the published half-life.
i hear nebido is hitting the US market soon so that might be something worth looking into.
